TRG Travel LLC ("TRG Travel," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use trg.travel or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number and messages you send through our forms, trip request and client registration forms, and consultation bookings. To plan travel we may also collect traveler names, dates of birth, passport details, loyalty program numbers, dietary or accessibility needs, and travel preferences.
- Payment information: payments for travel are generally made directly to suppliers or through secure payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
- Usage information: our website platform and analytics tools may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited and similar data through cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations and plan, book and support your travel.
- To share your details with the travel suppliers needed to fulfil your booking, such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and insurers.
- To send our newsletter if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and services, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted tools to run our business, including Squarespace (website and forms), Google Workspace and Google Calendar (email and scheduling), and Tern (client and trip management). These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.
Links and partners
Our site links to third-party sites, including GetYourGuide for tours and experiences. Bookings made there are governed by that company's terms and privacy policy, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending marketing emails, by writing to hello@trg.travel. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We collect information about minors only when a parent or guardian provides it to plan their travel.
Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of trg.travel and to travel planning services provided by TRG Travel LLC. By using the site or our services, you agree to them.
Our role
TRG Travel acts as a travel advisor and sales agent for independent suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and insurers. We do not own or operate these services. Each supplier's own terms, including cancellation, change and refund rules, apply to your booking and will be shared with you or made available before you confirm.
Quotes, fees and payment
Prices and availability are set by suppliers and can change until a booking is confirmed and paid. Any planning or service fees will be explained in writing before you commit. Deposits and final payments are due according to the supplier's schedule.
Your responsibilities
Please review all documents carefully and tell us promptly about any errors. Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry and health requirements, and for arriving on time for all services.
Changes and cancellations
Changes or cancellations are subject to supplier rules and may involve penalties. Previously agreed planning fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance and are happy to help you choose a plan. If you decline coverage, you accept responsibility for losses insurance might have covered.
Points and award travel
Award availability, transfer bonuses and program rules are controlled by the loyalty programs and can change without notice. Points transfers are generally final, so we confirm options with you before any points are moved. Any examples or estimates on this site are illustrative, not guarantees.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TRG Travel is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or failures of suppliers or for events beyond our control, including weather, strikes, illness or government actions.
